Autumn Harvest Red is produced from 50% Margaret River cabernet sauvignon 40% Merlot and 10% Cabernet France.  The wine is a blend of two different vintages 2004 and 2005.

Non Vintage:  No two vintages are the same, similar yes, but the same -never.  This wine was made using wine from three different vintages, 2004 and 2005. Non-vintage table wines are rarely made although it is a much more common practice for Australian sparkling wines and of course Champagne.  By blending across more than one vintage allows the wine maker to combine the soft aged characters of the earlier vintage with the vibrancy of the more youthful wine to produce a wine which is as once approachable, complex and satisfying.  

Autumn Harvest Red is a sweet red wine and is best served chilled.
