Deep red with a purple hue, the aromas are rich blackberry spicy pepper and toasty oak. The flavours are rich and generous, with dark berry and violets, pepper and mocha flavours, supported by ripe tannins and balancing acidity.  An interesting wine to drink now or cellar for two to five years for further complexity.
